Welcome to Branguin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, website, and any agreements or engagements between you (the "Client") and us (the "Agency" or "Branguin"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Branguin offers a range of creative, branding, social media, and digital marketing services. A detailed list of services is available on our website. Services are provided through monthly retainers or project-based engagements, depending on client needs.
2. Payments & Setup Fees
All services are billed either monthly (retainer) or on a per-project basis.
A one-time setup fee applies for new retainers. The amount depends on the selected package.
No advance payments are required beyond the setup fee and monthly/project invoice.
3. Contracts & Deliverables
A formal agreement or contract will be signed before work begins.
Ownership of final deliverables is joint between Branguin and the client. This means both parties may use the creative work for promotional or portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Revisions & Feedback
Branguin allows multiple rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction.
There is no fixed limit to revision cycles; however, timelines and scopes may be affected if revisions go beyond original expectations.
5. Portfolio & Usage
Branguin reserves the right to display work created for clients on its website, social media, and pitch decks as part of its portfolio.
Since all content is developed by Branguin, no additional permissions will be sought unless specifically agreed upon.
6. Subcontracting & Outsourcing
While most work is done in-house, Branguin may occasionally outsource certain elements (e.g. production, design) depending on availability.
All content creation (copy, strategy, scripting, etc.) is always handled internally by the Branguin team.
7. Client Data & Privacy
Branguin may collect basic personal information such as your name, email, and company details solely for service delivery and communication purposes.
All client information is kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Results & Performance
While Branguin will always strive to deliver strategic and creative excellence, no specific performance outcomes or results (e.g. sales, leads, reach) are guaranteed.
Our goal is to ensure you’re in a stronger brand position than when you started with us, but results depend on many external factors.
9. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable notice, as outlined in the signed contract.
Any work completed up to the termination date will be billable and payable.
10. Modifications
Branguin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
