Refund Policy

At Branguin Productions Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality branding and marketing solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Due to the nature of our services, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below:

1. Service-Based Refunds

 

Because our work involves strategy, design, and creative execution services that require time, planning, and resource allocation refunds are considered only under specific circumstances:

​​

• Full Refund will be issued only if the project has not been started within 7 working days of payment, and no conceptual work has been delivered.

• Partial Refund may be issued if:

  • A project is mutually terminated before 50% of the scope is completed.

  • The client expresses dissatisfaction early in the project and the Branguin team agrees that expectations cannot be met.

 

Note: All refund requests will be evaluated case-by-case, based on work completed till that point.

 

2. Non-Refundable Cases

 

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• If the project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.

• If the delay in delivery was due to client-side inaction, lack of feedback, or content delays.

• For digital products (templates, designs, branding kits) once delivered.

• If a client changes their mind after work has started or if they no longer need the service.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

• Projects may be cancelled by either party with a 7-day written notice.

• If cancellation is requested mid-project, a proportionate amount will be retained to cover the work already completed.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, email us at 'supratik@branguin.com' with:

• Your project details

• Reason for the refund request

• Any supporting documents/screenshots

 

Our team will respond within 3–5 business days and initiate the refund (if applicable) within 10 business days of approval.

 

5. Mode of Refund

 

Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
